Pilates exercises can help with improving your flexibility, stamina and muscle strength. In addition exercises can reduce the feelings of fatigue and boost well-being.

Pilates 1:1

Caroline is an APPI Pilates Instructor and over  the past 18 years  has incorporated Pilates exercises into her therapy sessions. She has observed improvements in her clients’ flexibility and strength which have translated into functional gains, such as walking ability, balance and reduced fatigue.
She offers individual Pilates programmes for anyone who wants to experience this form of exercise and see for themselves the benefits of Pilates.

Home based pilates or online sessions are available.

“I started online Pilates lessons with Caroline on the recommendation of my vestibular physiotherapist. I am recovering from dysautonomia following Long Covid and and any new infections that I am exposed to can result in a setback to my recovery, as a result I preferred online lessons which gave me the flexibility to build up my tolerance to exercise gradually at my own pace. I have unique limitations which in my experience, many other Pilates/yoga teachers without a medical background don’t fully appreciate. With Caroline also being a neuro physiotherapist, the Pilates was structured to my specific needs. She spoke to my vestibular physiotherapist on a regular basis and incorporated my needs perfectly. Seeing her was a game-changer in my recovery and rehabilitation. I saw myself getting more functional as time passed.
