About Caroline

Caroline is a qualified Neurological Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor.
Caroline has over 25 years of experience in Neurological Physiotherapy. She has worked for the NHS at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital, King’s College Hospital and the Richmond Community Neurology Team.
She has been working in the private sector for the past 15 years in London hospitals and in the community, setting up her own company ‘mobileneurophysio’ 8 years ago.

Caroline has completed further therapy training including the following courses – PD Warrior, Neurofit, Evidence-based Neuro Physiotherapy and the Advanced Bobath course. She is also a certified APPI Pilates instructor.
Her vision is to work with you to provide a treatment programme which is tailored to your needs to optimise your physical health and well-being.

Caroline also works part time with a local Neurological Charity – www.ins.org.uk
She works with the INS team to provide suitable activities and exercises to improve people’s mental and physical well-being, as well as their fitness and functional ability. She particularly enjoys the group setting as it brings people together.
